Today I am going to share review and swatches of  Vaseline healthy white lightening visible fairness lotion, which claims to lighten skin instantly. I have slightly dusky complexion and my body gets tanned very easily. 

What it claims: New Vaseline healthy white with skin illuminating minerals makes your 4 times fairer instantly, and with the repairing power of Vaseline skin keeps getting fairer.

Vitamin B3 known known to enhance skin natural lightening process to help bring out its natural fairness.

Yogurt serum helps provide hydration and nourishment to skin.

Triple sunscreen- to help prevent further darkening caused by damaging UVA and UVB rays.

Ingredients : Yogurt serum, Vitamin B3 and skin illuminating minerals are key ingredients.

Other ingredients include : Water, stearic acid, Isopropyl myristate, mineral oil, glyceryl stearate, ethylhexy, niacinamide, glycerin, Disodium EDTA, triethanolamine, phenoxeythanol, dimethicone, carboner, cetyl alcohol, Methylparaben, hydroxystearic acid, propylparaben, petrolatium, triethoxysilylethyl polydimethysiloxyethyl, dimethicone, Titanium Dioxide & Aluminium Hydroxide & Stearic Acid, Titanium Dioxide and dimethicone, CI77491, isopropyl titanium triisostearate, methoxydibenzoylmethane, perfume.

My Experience with Vaseline healthy white lightening visible fairness lotion

 

I have been using Vaseline healthy white lightening visible lotion *Phew..such a big name* since it was launched way back in 2013. I am constant user of this and i love it. I have a confession to make. I apply it all over my body even my face and neck. I know! I know! you must be thinking who applies body lotion on face? Well, I do and many more people.It works for my skin and removes tan even from my face but not instantly it takes time to show results.

It sinks into my skin giving a hydrating and healthier glow, leaving slightly pinkish rosy tint. And giving a cooling effect when applied.This lotion doesn't have SPF as claimed. Yes, It doesn't provide sun protection at all! Nothing,Zilch, Nada, nil.

You can apply it in summer as well as in winter, as you wish. Yes, I apply it in winters too, it gives me amazing radiance instantly to my skin.

Packaging : Vaseline products packaging is bit basic but kind of nice. It comes in pale pink plastic bottle with pink a sturdy flip open top. Packaging is travel friendly. But i never liked the idea of carrying heavy bottles in my bag throughout the day instead i always carry products in small size.

Fragrance : Fragrance is feminine and floral, which fades away in about 10-15 min. So no headache.

Consistency & Texture : The consistency of cream is creamy and velvety, which blends into skin like dream. The texture of lotion is more like a tinted moisturizer; it's neither thick nor runny.

 My real skin color is what you can see in second pic.

Pigment : The pigment of lotion is pinkish-white with a hint of rosiness.

Finish : Lotion blends easily into skin but takes a bit time to blend. Gives bright and dewy finish which settles into matte in couple of minutes. Leaves slightly pinkish rosy tinge on my skin, which is temporary.

It's non-oily and non-greasy finish makes me love it more and more.

• Doesn't lighten skin 4 times instantly, as claimed

Verdict : I'll definitely buy it again and would recommend to all combination-oily skin beauties. As far as dry skin is concerned, it'll not work cos it doesn't have deep moisture properties. Look for something which provides deep moisture to skin.
